Appreciation is all that is required

Any of us will put out more and better ideas if our efforts are fully appreciated. I have experienced it and I am sure many of you might have experienced it. Can you pen a few words here about this?

Appreciation can do wonders! I have learned this from my boss who appreciate me and others like anything and that act as a great motivation for us to work sincerely giving in our best. Even when I know that my job has been mediocre he has appreciated me making me feel better. I have never suffered from any low esteem.

I am glad to note that you have experience the wonders of appreciation. Many a times we lose the most invaluable things in life by just failing to appreciate the good things done by our own children. When they grow old, we then realize our mistakes. So don't you feel we should make it a habit to keep appreciating not only people whom we know, but also others whom we come across, when we really see that they have done something interesting, something greater, something better than us or any other average person!

Sada, I am good. I know you have been busy and I miss you. But it's okay when it comes to with your priority.
And coming to the discussion, you are right. We fail to appreciate the people around us, whom we interact with daily. We take them for granted. Like I never appreciate my mom for the good food she cooks for us or for anything she does. In fact I think I should. Today only I will do that.

Iagree that this is very common to everyone. I have observed it also with my loved ones and personally from me. I am more motivated to work and make my work beyond everyone's expectation if people will appreciate and recognize it. That's why, It is very essential for the kids to receive this in any form to develop a whole rounded personality!

Just see whether it is a baby or an adult, when you appreciate for what they are, whatever little service they do, it enriches their enthusiasm, gladdens their hearts. That is what is required and we should do it sincerely and honestly. I am sure one will see the aura of smiling and gratitude around them!! I am glad you experienced it and thanks for your participation in this topic.
