The history of the world is full of men who rose to leadership by sheer force of self-confidence, bravery and tenacity. So never allow anyone to remove self confidence in you.

I will be rude and very bad if someone will do that to me..LOL, I know I work hard to gain self-confidence and ca't allow anyone to destroy it! I rather work to the best I could be and never pay attention to the immature people like that!

One has all the right to preserve and safeguard one's self confidence which is very important for that person. No one in this world has a right to destroy or disturb other's confidence in themselves. I would be like you so much rude to tell a person to mind his/her own business instead of interfering in the form advise or making statements. I appreciate your bold step. Thanks.

Yea, that is why when I used to work, I never hang out with people whose main business is to talk about someone's fault. I believe it's not healthy. Let the boss see it and make a way to help the person! We are not perfect and there is always a beginner. It will be very sad for the person to start improving if the environment is very cruel to him/her!
