I have, but that is only because it came as a freebie with my eye Massager. Having a weighing scale at home is somewhat an indicator of how seriously one takes his/her weight. Are you one of those concerned about your weight? Do you have a weighing scale at home? How often do you use it?

Yes I have a scale at home. Its frightening to get on it, so I have been avoiding it. I gained some weight over the last year, I quit smoking. Now I need to get busy and loose them extra pounds. I also have a postal scale, I use that when I sell things on ebay. Then I know what to charge for shipping.

Nah, that's cheating... just forget it.

Well, sometimes I cheat myself but not standing properly in the center and jumping up and down from the scale very quickly - it usually shows a smaller number.

I had one, i don't anymore. When i had it, i weighed myself every morning, and most nights, i was insane about it, i couldn't stop so i got a friend to take it one day when i saw how insane i was getting. I don't diet or anything but my weight has always been something I've been insane about, no matter how i look, so not having one is actually kinda nice. The only downside is now i work at a place with at least one scale on every floor, and one has like 3... Every time i see one, i want to get on it, and i have succumbed to that temptation a few times...

Hi, I do indeed have a weighing scale at home. I use it probably about 3 or 4 times everyday. THe reason I do that is I have had a lot of weight problems over the span of my life. In the last couple of years I have worked hard to lose about 90 pounds so I am always checking to make sure it stays off. It does tend to become a little obsessive however. cheers,

Wow, that enthusiastic! But I think 3-4 times a day is really a bit too obsessive... once a day is more than enough. Even if you exercise or eat a lot, your weight is not likely to change within a span of a few hours, no?

No, I don't have one the reason being is, that I don't really look to fondly at my body. Because I believe if you like the way you look then live up to it. But if you've been to the docter and they have told you that your weight is a problem then you should take care of that. But I say you don't need a scale unless you like to keep a certain body weight. So I don't have one and don't plan on getting one either...

I have two scales at home. One is an upright type, very heavy duty, and I bought it at a yard sale. I would like one that calculates body fat composition, but they are more expensive, and the ones I have work just fine. I get on the scale when I think of it, but I do not like what it says.

I think the prices have dropped - I suspect you can get one for below a hundred or even below 50 bucks.

Yes I do and I use it every week. I keep my weight under control for health reasons and not vanity.

Hi baby, I do have one at my home but I rarely check my weight. The last time I weighed myself was last year. The weight scale was a gift from a friend many years ago. I only know if I lost or gain weight based on the fitting of my clothes. Seems like I need to start devouring on food again after yesterday's unforgettable drama. PS: I feel a little better now but my stomach is still queasy. :(

Hi baby, I am glad you are feeling better. I have been thinking of you a few times today. Hope you get even better tomorrow. And you really need to wipe the dust off that weighing machine. Check your weight everyday and make sure you keep gaining some.

We do have weighing scales wizzy - we also have body fat scales but I bought neither - I very rarely use them either! My other half is obsessed by weight - not that he eats to loose any - he just seems to want to know how much he weighs on a daily basis! lol xxx

I don't have a scale, I don't need to be reminded that I am overweight...lol. I am not overly worried about my weight since I have always been on the heavy side, I am big boned and have dense muscles and in actual fact I am a lot heavier than I appear to be. I have no health issues caused by being over weight so I guess I can go a little longer.

If you are big boned, then you will naturally weigh heavier. The whole idea of BMI and all is not really accurate. Neither is it too applicable if you have big bones since they are dense.

I dont have one, in my home, but in fact i have one in my office where i am working. so once in a while i used to check my weight. But more or less, u maintain my weight, i hovers around 65 to 68 kilos. And by the way, Take this as a special invite from me and why dont you have a look at my topics. Because anything that lordwarwizard touches, invites a huge followers, thereby my topics will get one or two responses..hahaha..

I think if you roughly stick to the same routine, you will more or less know whether your weight is quite the same. The scale is more for if you don't keep it "usual". And alright, I will look at your topics, I beg your pardon for not paying more attention to them. PS.: But you must be kidding... I don't have that kind of mystic charm.

I do not have a weighing scale in my home for weighing my weight. But I do have a weighing scale for weighing items because I sell online. Oh and yes I am one of those concern about my weight but not obsess with it. I only weigh myself when I go to my mum's house and that's like once a week. I think that should be sufficient.

I don't have a scale at home, lord. What matters to me is volume, not weight. When the zips of my trousers or skirts are suddenly on strike and will only go half way up, it's definitely time to lose weight. I don't mind how much I weigh, but I do not like flab around my waist and hips. In short, yes I care about my figure, I like to be in shape and have tight muscles but the last time I used a scale was at the gym more than a year ago.

Yes. I have a weighing scale. I wish I didn't have one though. I get depressed every time that I get on it. I bought to track my weight loss progress, but it just has not worked out that way. I keeping gaining a pound or two every now and then and it is on my last nerve. I should have never bought the scales LOL. I weight about once a week.
