Shifting of jobs from US to India

there are thousand of jobs shifting from US to India as a Businss Process Outsource. I think the reason for that is cost cutting.

Indian are hard workers. The high quality standards are maintained while doing a job. Comparing with other nations India Companies promise better quality, security of data and timely completion of the project. All this matters most. I think the cost cutting is the least that matters.

No doubt about it. But China is taking leap in Working Hard and Low Cost.
