Does anybody know about this holiday?

Hello my fellow MyLotters. Can you help me out today? I noticed on a list of holidays that this month is Iced Tea month. Did you know that? Have you seen or heard anything about it recently? Is this something you would actually celebrate or is it something you think is just another lame attempt at advertisng a product? There are some more at the same time: zoo and aquarium month, rose month, turkey lovers month and fresh fruit and vegetable month. To name just a few. I wonder if this is just in the USA or if these "months" are celebrated on a more universal basis. Tell me what you think!
