It is a sad fact of modern life that in our big cities, thousand's of men,and women and childern's die every yearin the road accidents. and the number of those who are injured id great. some after medical, treatement, will recover but many will be crippled for life.

Yes, we do need more road safety and maybe stricter enforcement of dui laws would help in eliminating some preventable loss of life and limb.
