many years back I wo rked in St Lukes hospital in Phoenix ariz and we had a rather repugnant administrator whose name was Marconi but my friend Marie always called him Macaroni. i always said be careful or one day you will really call him that to his face. Okay we had just came back from eating our lunches and Marie saw our administrator coming towards us and out popped, Hi Mr. Macaroni. boy did his face turn red and he ducked into his office and slammed the door in our faces. we had to laugh which brought the other nurses who had to know why we were laughing, so they all sstarted to laugh.
