My house is 16 km or so away from a fishing village, so it is quite convenient to get there. I like to take seafood in one of the restaurant in the fishing village when I crave of seafood or to treat friends or relatives when they visit me. The seafood served there is very fresh and delicious. I like the steamed prawns and crabs there. We could only get the real taste of this seafood as fried, grilled and spicy ones always have already lost their original taste because of the ingredients added.

My number one fav. is steamed lobster tail. I guess seamed blue claw crabs with Old Bay seasoning is my second, although they are alot of work to pick out the crab meat. I like scallops in a white scauce over pasta. Wow making my mouth water just thinking of these! What is your number 1 favorite? Thanks tdemex

Personally, I think broiled Lobster with some butter and Paprika on top is the number 1 cooking choice for lobster tail, served with some drawn butter. Yummmmy!
