im on modem 56k speed and it really slow but its good that i can even be online, but this is not the question ... i whant to know why sometimes when i start to download something from net the speed at start of download start sometimes from 25kb per second, and then goes down until it gets to 3 or 4kb per second ... why it cannot stay a little bit longer on this high download speed, becouse i doesnt do anything in order to slow this speed, like opening some new pages

Thats just how downloads work. Your ISP devotes most of your bandwidth to your web surfing ,and a small little piece to your download speed. I remember when it took me 3 days just to download Firefox... It was horrible.. Also, no matter how fast your speed is, this is always the same. I have a 1mb/s surf rate, while i only have about a 300-400kb/s download rate. If you can get a faster speed, i would upgrade, but if it was just a question; I hope that i answered it.

i know about the download and upload speed, but i doesnt know why when download it start from a high speed download and then goes down to a low or should i say normal speed becouse 3 to 4 kb per second download is really normal for modem 56k users ... why download speed doesnt start with 3 to 4 and end with 3 to 4 kb per second, and not in my case it start from high as 25 kb per second to get to the 3 or 4 kb per second

I guess that it does that to get your hopes up ;[
It does that because it has to test the maximum speed for your internet, to know how much speed it has to devote to downloads. Mine starts at 1mb/s, and slows down to 350kb/s
