I was wondering what kinds of nationalities we have here on Mylot. Because almost everyone is speaking English here, it's hard to distinct the different nationalities. So I thought, let's ask the people theirself on Mylot..
So feel free to mention your nationality..

Hey there
I am a Trinidadian! from the island of Trinidad (Trinidad and Tobago) in the Caribbean. I do type in proper English and even sometimes speak in proper English but in actuality alot of people on our island speak "broken" English or use alot of "slang" if you want to call it that.
For example, I might call up my boyfriend and say...
"Hey sweetie, yuh wanna go lime later or wha?"
translation... "Hey sweetie, do you want to hang out later?"
We might say "How yuh going?" we mean "How are you?"
lol, I know, confusing huh? But I've lived in the US before so I tend to speak properly sometimes and I always type in proper English.
