Foreign mylotters! Has mylot helped you to improve your writing skills?

Hi, my mother tongue is Spanish and I've been speaking English since I was 8. Now I teach it. I was thinking of recommending mylot to my students cause this give a reason for writing.
I wanted to know if posting on the site has helped you in any way with your English.
