Oh I sometimes like to say that word to my boss. But I know that I don't have the guts. I never been fired since Im a good employee. (Too proud hehehe). But I would love to fire my boss since he seems disable. I think i can run the company without him around.

Well I can honestly say that I have been fired and I have fired my boss.
The first story took place at K-Mart. I was a cashier, and my boss fired me. It was a weird experience, my first time getting fired. The boss was a male and had to have the assistant manager as well as my overhead manager in the room with me for legal reasons as I was a female. It was strange to me, as I had never thought that I would be fired like that.
I suppose the first time I fired my boss was a job right before the K-Mart job. I was still a senior in HS and I was a waitress. I had only worked there for four days but called and quit as I could not take the pressure from the waitresses saying "oh your supposed to write like this" or "oh abbreviate like that"....
The most significant time and a time that I am sure you are most wanting to hear about as it pertains more to your question is one that happened at a job from hotels. I called my boss one day and told him that I would not be coming in as I did not want to work there anymore. My Fiance prodded me into doing so as he could see that Iw as not getting any sleep and that the job was not worth that. I was not getting paid properly either, so it is best that I had quit. Also I had basically moved, even though I hadn't officially.
Sorry it's long, I like to talk!
