Can I do Online shopping from my alertpay ?

I don't have any idea about it . Please help me , if you know anything . I am member of some PTC sites , which pay me to alertpay account . So can I do online shopping from alertpay like paypal . If 'yes' then where , means which sites accept it ? I don't have other way to get paid as I live in India . Thanks !!!
