Superb Captaincy

What a Captain yaar! Dhoni's superb captaincy. Kapugedera from the begining in his previous matches had been such a sheer waste with nothing to show. What he showed that is that he is out-of-form. What Subramanium Badrinath showed in some of the previous matches was that he could take the innings to either a winning total or to win the match. When he batted along with Dhoni his batting overshadowed Dhoni's, he had fluent strokes, but Dhoni struggled. Being a captain he had the advantage at his hands to keep off this Badrinath when he is in the wicket lest playing along he once again outbits Dhoni in batting. That's what Dhoni did.. he brought in Kapugedera and they both played a good careful partnership building innings from 16.2 overs till 19.1 overs. They put on a match winning 20 valuable runs in just 18 balls in which the contribution of Kapugedera was 8 beautiful runs of only 12 balls. A great contribution and gift to his team and his captain. Then after his departure came Badrinath who faced two balls and scored just 6 runs when he was supposed to score some 30 runs. Thus there was easily gettable shortage of some 20 to 25 runs. Good superb captaincy indeed. Dhoooni..Dhooni..Dhoni...Doni...Goni. How much would Goni had hit runs if 12 balls was faced by him?!!! If Badrinath could hit 6 runs from 2 balls how much could he have hit facing 14 balls?!!! Fantastic captaincy yaar Dhoni... keep it up.
