air brush photo effect..

i dont have photoshop...but do you guys know of any other sites that i can do to , to get the air brush effect for my pictures?

There are 2 freeware programs that come to mind, but I am thinking only one would or might do what it is that you are after, which I am not entirely sure what that is, so maybe both would work .... Uhm, yes, anyway there is Gimp and IfranView. Good Luck Beamer23
