Do you love collecting shells from the sea shore?

When I was younger I used to spend lots of time looking for the perfect ones but as I got older I lost interest and now I just smile at the kids I see at the beach that are actively searching for "the good ones."

The only beach I have ever been to was Corpus Christi I believe when I was about 12 years old. We brought home tons of little sea shells and my dad made necklaces and bracelets out of them and we sold them for a fundraiser. My dad is always doing stuff like that. It was fun going to the beach and I would like to go again sometime, but my daughter is too little to introduce to that much water.

When I was younger, I had this box filled with sea shells. I always collect sea shells when I go to the beach. Sea shells of different shapes, sizes and colors. Few years back, I decided to de-clutter my room so I brought this box of sea shells back to the beach and disposed it there. I still have some of the bigger ones though.

When I was kids, I love to collect the shells from the sea shore. When visited the place then I'd spent around 2 hours to look and collect the beautiful and unique shells. I'd keep and put it to speacial glass box in my house. Its very nice to see and most of my family and friends impresses when they saw it.

yes i also love doing this when we were kids my mom used to walk us on the beach we used to pick different kinds of shells and later we used to use them in our craft activities..now when i get time i take my son to the beach and we collect shells he loves playing there..

I used to collect sea shells by the bucket full as a kid. Didn't matter what they were, but now a days I do not. I probably will now cause I never thought about putting them in a fish tank. LOL what a small mind I have.
