Yellow Star

The star simply means that you've reached 100 posts. The color, or number inside it is your rating here on myLot. The better your posts and reponses, the higher your number. You're doing well! Keep up the good work! Take care.

I don't know that does it mean either. Mine is silvery white with 7. I think yours must better than me.

I got yellow star either now.Also i don`t know what it means exactly,but i know that more points means better.

Once we crossed the 100 Postings we will be awarded the Star Rating in mylot. This is the "Additional Recognition" given to us mylot. This rating is from 1 to 10, this will not be given/awarded by the mylot, this will be decided by our other mylot member (Our friends) You can find near by our discussions and the responses like symbals "+","-","!". The + is called positive, - called the negative and ! is called abuse. If your discussion will get more "+" (Positive) rating will result in your star will get improve. If your discussion will get more "-" (Negative) rating will result in your star will get down.. "!" means, you can complain about the discussion to mylot, stating that that particular discussion/responses will be given against the mylot guidelines.. In the above how many +,- rating your discussion/responses will get from others, will decide your Star rating. This will be updated on daily basis.. so, daily there is a chance for your Star rating will get change, according to the rating received your discussions.

A star with a 8 on it means that your reputation level is 8. The highest reputation level you can get is 10. If you hold your mouse over the star, you can see the real raputation level, mine is 78/100, but my star shows 8.
