Similar to amateur radio, but more informal than the strict rules and regs of Ham radio, more a divergence from CB radio.
I have built large antenna arrays and linked them to my ssb radio and talked to people around the world; you get to meet people from all walks of life, who happen to be also interested in radio coms, and, if you're not careful, spend hours chatting over the air.
Anyone out there into this?
