Yes, Paypal is having a option to send you a cheque, but it will be charged.. there may a nominal chages will be charged by paypal, and also it should be in US$, you should have a US$ account in philippines, then only you can able to encash the same...
To avoid this, simply you can transfer the same from your paypal account to any of your nationalised bank, this will be directly credited to your bank accuont, for this, you have to link your bank account with the paypal account.
for this transaciton, Your bank may/maynot charge some nominal fee, for the forex transactions. (this may be as per the policy of the bank)
If you went through the discussions under this head, you can get more informations..

hi rhose. Welcome to Mylot. You have to open an account at any Union Bank near you or better yet online (type Union Bank,Philippines), so could get a debit card. It's a cyber account in which Paypal can deposit your payment. But, first you need to have an account with paypal so you can give them your email account and verify it later. You can check the net for Paypal and Union Bank and read their site for further details.I am from Philippines, too.
