I'm currently under a lot of thinking. i've always wanted to leave my current job but not without a confirmed replacement job. Now i've got more than 1 choice. One is an opportunity to go abroad and the other is still with the same company but on another department. What factors do you consider in a job offer before accepting them? Do always use salary as a basis of transferring to another job?

For me from my experience, salary should not only be the basis of transferring to another job. I transferred from a low salary to a higher one but unfortunately am not happy from it coz it comes with a big responsibility. The salary will never compensate our health even how big it is. So I quit only after a year and paid the 1 year remaining contract. Now, I dont have high salary but I have lots of time with all things and of cors much time of mylotting hehehhe.
