How how can you relieve stress?

Almost everyone has stress once in a while. Some people are afraid to even go out, other may be afraid to ask for a date. Why are people so lonely and worried that they can't live life? What makes them have stress, anxiety or stress? How can you avoid stress? Does anyone have a solution? I take deep breaths until I begin to feel better the situation... What do you do?

Today we usually encounter stress.Stress is like hell and affects the mental health and sometimes also leads to depression.I would suggest something which I myself did and now I mostly donot encounter stress or its related problems: In order to relieve stress you must : 1.Ok this is the best way to remain stress free and happy..if in your locality or country "ART OF LIVING"(Founded by honourable Sri Sri Ravishankar) Courses are going on then you must do the courses.There are courses for children and adults.They teach you pranayam,Sudarshan kriya and many more ways to bring happiness in your life. 2.I would suggest everyone to do the course..but if not then you can do some basic steps of yoga. 3.You can go for walking everyday in morning at 5:00 AM and take the fresh air. 4.You can listen to music..Because music connects you directly to god. 5.And ofcourse you can take deep breaths. So Remain Happy,because Happiness is the key to success. :D

Depending on what type of stress. I usually am stressed from work. SO what i do is do activities not related to work, mostly physical activities like going to the gym, playing badminton and mountain climbing. It is very helpful and i feel a lot better after doing these activities. Sometimes i eat when under a lot of stress but i dont recommend it, it's very unhealthy. =)

I cry to de-stress. I'm a very stressful person and I handle pressure really not in a nice way.
