The College Entrance Examination

In China,the college entrance examination will hold at 7th in June.Different from students of other countries,It is very important turning point for Chinese students in their whole life.After 12 years' hard work,it will be decided only by this time.For students in our country,it is ruthless!!! What I want to say is that be confident,and you will be successful!!!Even though you will get disappointed,pleae trust yourselves,it is not the only way to go!In the road of life,there are more opportunity if you try your best! In a word,do not be nervous,and show your ability!

This is almost like our Grade Six Achievement Test (GSAT) here in Jamaica. The students at age 12. They all have to master, Comunication Task which is marked out of 12, Language art, maths, Science and Social Studies. We have so many children leaving scholl being illerate that the Government implemented a test which is taken in Grade 4. If children do not master the Literacy and Numeracy tests they do not go to Grade 5 but repeat Grade 4 until mastery is achieved. Results came out today and boy was it crazy at the ministry! One lady even told e off properly but I just smiled and left her alone. People get so crazy at this time because they all want their children to get to a good school even if the grades are not too desirable. We have people even calling and asking for their chidlren to be transferred to another school without knowing which school the child ahs passed for! it is so crazy. As for me I still have two more years - my daughter is 10 now. She is doing well but her teacher told me that I need to work with her more because she has fallen down in the Maths. So all the best to these children in China, Jamaica and all around world wth all these tests and examinations. God bless!
