well, a book. it cost less then $1 
my girlfriend is special. she don't like i buy anything for her. when i bought and give the book for her, she said thx but she looked hurt

In my 21st birthday, my roommate give me a jade which worth about $100. His family is a store which selling jade and jewels. However, this is the most expensive present I have received.
The most expensive thing I bought for a girl is a T-shirt which take me about $30. She was my girlfriend at that time but now isn't.

Well,the most expensive thing I give to my girlfirend is a necklace.It is made of Pt gold. It looks vary beautiful. And my girlfirend likes it vary much.However,I think the most significent thing I give her is a pair of eatings.Because the shape like the four leaf clover.And it is the symbol of luck.
