My poor friend was hastened by boss to do a calculation. At first it was ok, but then the boss got a message from his senior, he made a promise to hand in the result in 15 minutes. The calculation is drawing an end, but after urging, the lady found a mistake, then she got more nervous and made anther two mistaks~~ The result was got about 50 minutes later. Will you underperfom when being pushed to do sth quickier than you can?Pleas share **Enjoy life~~**

I Think that many people do cave under pressure. Very few people are able to not do as such. Would I ? I would, I am sure of it. Handling pressure from upper managament is not my forte.

Oh I can understand your reaction to your friend as it is hard to work under pressure from a boss.

Hello lynettebyc, I am very sorry about that situation, but I had very similar at my work. My boss asked me to make some calculations, what were physically impossible to make in one day, and especially on the day he asked me to make, I have told that I have to go earlier, to go to the doctor that day. And he has been asked about this calculation from his senior as well. I have told him, how does he think I will make this calculation and does he really realize what he is asking for. He told that, what are you doing - nothing anyway, and you have an assistant too. I have told that I will not make this calculations as this is impossible - physically. And my assistant also refused to make it after I have left that day. I have told that this is can be done only next day by the evening, on what he told :"And how I will tell this to my senior?" I have told that, "as I have told, not possible and have to wait". He was very angry, but after that he does not come to me with such stupid requests.

Hello, mama_zhenja, your boss's rude, my boss's not that, he's upset himself. It seems that your boss can't stand at others' situation. I don't like this kind of boss. Good luck and hope you will never suffer this **Enjoy life~~**

Hi there Lynette! Oh, I feel sorry for your friend. If I'm in the same situation and I know that it's really important, I will take my time and ignore everything else around me including the boss. Better that it's slowly but surely because if I panic, I'm sure to commit mistakes more likely.
