What is your favorite reality program ,there are sooo many out there. I think I like MTV's "The Duel"

I don't like them much. And I guess the concept "reality" stretched pretty far...

Survivor, The Amazing Race, Use to watch The Mole. All those MTV ones are addicting as well.
