Hi! I was wondering if you rate peoples comments? I usually rate other peoples comments, but only if they are good. I don't usually rate negative.

Hi, I will rate if the discussions and responds are good. I never rate negative. If I don't like the discussions, I will just leave.

Usually I forgot to rate discussion. I will try to rate more. But if I see any spammer here, I will rate - to them, cause I really hate spammer. That will ruin the environment here.
