Times I stood up for my mother...

I just read the book for one more day and there are parts there that told about "Times my mother stood up for me" and also "Times did not stand up for my mother." It made me into thinking, "yeah, it's true that our mothers always stood up for us, what did we do in return?" So, one day, I just realized the one time I stood up for my mother. We bought for school supplies and the line on the counter was extremely long!! We had to wait for hours (it's true! no kidding) So my mom was in the line and then my sister and I waited at a less crowded place and then some people cut in line and they were having an argument, those who cut accused my mom and those in line with her of the ones who cut...So I went to my mom and somehow pushed my way into them and told the ones who cut "it's you who cut the line" and being a little girl that I am they gave in...
