Well, people differ in their eating time schedule. Am sure that people who are working the in the office they usually eat lunch at 12 noon because this is their lunch break. Others also eat at 11:30.. there are some who are on travel all the time, they eat in a different time. It all depends upon the availability of restaurants or fast foods in the place. Much more for the people who are just staying home. Anytime they have access to their food supplies and they will eat as they are hungry.
For me, sine I am just staying home, there is no specific time for my lunch. I just eat when I am hungry. Sometimes early at 11am or 12 noon sometimes 1 or 2.
What about you? what is the usual time you eat your lunch?
Do you have any preference time?

Hi Bebs,
I eat at 9 am and that is my breakfast and lunch most of the time but when I am hungry for more, I will take some snacks at around 3 pm!
No regular schedule during weekdays!

Really? at 9am and that is breakfast and lunch? wow!!! I eat a lot more than you do.. hahaha sometimes, I have brunch at 11 but I ate also at 2 or 1pm. then another at4pm if I am hungry.. and take some food in my computer desk if I am online. i usually eat lunch at 12noon. its our lunch break here at the office. but at home it depends on what time we woke up in the morning. if its early then our lunch will be earlier but if late, our lunch will be around 1 - 2pm.

I am a type 2 diabetic so I am required to eat about every 2 hours or so.
However I find that I only eat when I'm hungry much to my doctor's dismay.
But I do have to say I am eating much better now than I used to since I have to watch my sugar intake.

If you eat correctly obesity isn't a problem. But if you eat incorrectly yes obesity can be an issue.

It depends on what time I feel hungry. If I don't feel hungry at all then I will not eat lunch. On week ends sometimes when I got up it already around 12 , so I eat lunch and skip breakfast.

wow!! sleeping up to 12? I can't do that even how late I sleep during the night before. yes, there are people who can sleep from night up to 3pm.. they don't mind eating as long as they can sleep. I think just don't mind their stomach even if it already complain of food.

Hi Bebs,
I have gotten accustomed to having lunch at 1:00pm or 1:30pm. When I was working at my old job as soon as it was noon I would jet from the place cause I would literally be starving by that time. I usually started to feel hungry at 11:30am and had to wait an extra half hour just to go to lunch. Sometimes I eat later than 1:30pm if I am out and about. But my usual time is around 1:00pm.
