I think Mozilla Firefox would be much better and faster

yeah, your right people who doesn't knew too much on browsers always used internet explorer as its the default browser on most computers. well it goes to bottom line that it depends on the user level. i mean the knowledge of the user on browser out there. way back 2006 when i firefox introduced in our school by our instructor i though its just the same with internet explorer in terms of browsing capability but all was wrong firefox has its advance browsing features compared to internet explorer 6.0 i don't know about internet explorer 8 haven't tested it.

I don't particularly hate Internet Explorer, it's just not compatible very much with Shoppershotline Wired, which is a program that I use everyday. Whenever I use Internet Explorer, I find it hard to type really fast and it often skips letters, etc. So, I only use it when I don't have to write anything online or I only do short messages.
But, I like to use Firefox because they've made it fun with their themes and add-ons. I just have to be careful about the add-ons as they can weigh the browser down and make it run slower.

hi desertdarlene, thanks for your quick post yeah its really true that internet explorer is not compatible for most of the websites out there if i am not mistaken. well i don't have knowledge about Shoppershotline wired but internet explorer on some websites or program really sucks.

Well, Internet Explorer is just unstable. Lack of security, slow, time consuming, and incompatible to the point sometimes. But I don't have to worry about IE anymore because there are better alternatives to surfing. Try Firefox if you haven't already! Safer, faster, and simply better!

I don't particularly hate IE. But sometimes IE can be very annoying because of its instability. It's really vexing when you're browsing for some materials for paper assignment, suddenly you get this error message saying that the IE window needs to be closed. I have to prepare a notebook to write down all the URLs so I don't lose the informations.
Firefox is less troublesome.

well the biggest problem with the IE s the user friendlyness
it does not have that plyus it is very unstable. it charshes very freq. this is the reason [;us fire fix is so friendly and has a lot to fffer

Every time Internet Explorer works very slow.
Not only in both of my computer,
IE very slow in my sister laptop too (two laptops).
Besides, IE have very worst security.
Pop-up from many site appear (0 in FF or opera).
Trojan, Virus and Spyware infected easily through IE.
Many people already make the change.
IE still have largest market share cause they are default browser,
but I believe in one day other browser will become No.1!
