Would you consider adopting a handicapped or specials need child? Why or why not?

Absolutely! All children need love and handicapped and special needs children need extra support and attention in some cases. I would feel blessed to be able to adopt any child!

I wish I could go back and edit the title of this to properly say "special needs". You can tell I didn't get much sleep last night! Thank you for a wonderful response. I absolutely agree with you. I don't think it's a decision that should be made lightly, but I wish more people would consider it.

No I wouldnt. I have all the children I need and want right now and that is a very hard job to do and extra difficult with a special needs child. My oldest daughter had a speech delay and was in special classes for preschool. I had a hard time with her I think the lord just gave me enough to deal with:)
