Hello, I'm an optimistic kind of person. I don't get discourage easily. I'm a fighter and will stand for what I believe in. It's not easy to change from being pessimistic to the other way around. That's the character you have since the day that you were born. But you have to be strong will and determination to change that.

Certainly, i am a happy person , very optimistic ! When i have something sad,boring ,i go to eat many many things which i like !Than i will be happy again! Do not think very about sad , Come on , take it easy !

Hi there xiaojing, I am now usually an optimistic person. It took quite an event in my life to make me change my view on life (I always used to be pessimistic) and during this event I was also "introduced" to The Secret. I tried and tried to follow the advice of this book and it seemed so hard at first but things slowly but surely started getting better. Also, I am not where I want to be at the moment but I am in a better place than I was a while back. I just keep my future goals in mind and look at life on the bright side as much as possible. Want to know something though? I'm in a semi-bad mood as I am typing this here. But that's okay, because I am going to make the best of it and sort out the problem tomorrow as sorting it out tonight is not possible. Also things tend to fall into place for you to realize that it isn't worth being sad or angry for something so small. I know it will get worked out.

xiaojing1226, i agree with you that a pessimistic girl is dofficult to be happy. you know that be happy or not is kind of decicion matter. I decided to be happy and i am happy now!
