How do you keep in touch?

most time by telephone,because i'm not at my parents' side.when i miss them,i can hear the voice through taking with them.and also with my friends.

For me, I keep in touch with my family and friends mostly via email, phone, chat and also face-to-face interactions. I don't use snail mail anymore unless I want to send an item to that person as well. I think face-to-face interactions are the best to keep in touch because you can see the person and you can hear their voice; but this is only feasible if the person is staying near me. If the person is far away, I think email or chat is the best choice as it is much cheaper and you can get quite quick reply. However, I won't be able to hear their voice. Phone on the other hand is good to hear their voice, but we won't be able to see them and it can be quite expensive.
