I read it somewhere

I have heard this saying before. I must agree with it, because that is truly what it is. You walk into a relationship blind as you do not know the person or you may know him but you still do not know the outcome of what could happen.. yet you walk in, sit down and give them your all without a second thought because you trust them not to hurt you. I'm actually talking to my fiance's friend about this with my fiance.

hey kun! where did you get that? because i just used it a few weeks ago as my shoutout/tag line/heading (whatever other websites call them, but it is called a shoutout in friendster) in my friendster profile. ^__^;; i really like that saying because it is so true. when you love someone, you give them your heart, you trust them to take care of it, but at the same time, since you're giving it away, you're also giving them the chance to do whatever they want to it and that includes hurt it. love is really like a double-edge sword. on one side, you can be happy, on the other side, you can get hurt too.

i have heard dis saying a lot of time..n i do belive in dis saying...its true....wen you love a person who give you everything to your partner...n trust is the most important factor in love....without dis word its hard to survive in a relation called love...

I totally agree. It does not only apply to love. It applies to all types of relationships. No human beings are infallible. All of us will make mistakes and hurt other people (either knowingly or unknowingly) at some point of our lives. Once you allow someone to get close to you, it's inevitable that one day that person will hurt you. When that happens, it really depends on how forgiving you are.

i agree with it.love is kind of competition.who loves first and more is doomed to be the failure. love gives the chance to hurt and being able to hurt another one just because you know clear that he/she loves you.

it is the thing taht i have heard too. but i think trust is the main thing. still in love many people hurts you in life. it i ssad.

Although there is some truth about it. But it was relayed rather negatively that is why I don't find it cute or fanciful. I guess Love is all about trust but you don't trust those that would hurt you.

Well,that saying applies to everyone who's in a relationship like me.There are times my boyfriend and I hurt each other but we trust each other that we won't do things that can hurt either the two of us.

It's true! Some of us may even say to our partner "please don't let me be hurt" But deep in our hearts we are praying that the person we choose to love will not only cause us pain in the future. We all know that the reciprocate of love is hurt so that is a given fact that once our partner do something wrong we will be hurt and affected by it.

Everything is possible in Love and War.Accept whatever way you get from your partner,then everything will be alright,All the best,don't get disgusted,donot feel like hurted,by the most leave and go for another.

Never blame love and your partner for all the wrongs that were made,even if we got hurt real bad,lets just take it as an experience that some people only get..we are happier this way..

The more experiences we get,the more loving and lovable we are..i believe that to acquire a true love that never hurts,an ordinary person must learn the hard way of love first..so love is about taking risk,take that chance cause you will never know when will your true love comes....
