What do you think of your boss? serious ?generous ?chary ?or other ?

My boss is an Italy man , and i think he is friendly , you can see smile many times on his face , and when he taught me something , so patient he is !
About whether he is generous or chary , it is hard to say , he give you which should belong to you , sometimes , he just need the quality , do not care the price which he want to buy !

My boss is ridiculous. She picks favorites and when you are in the favorite "group" she allows you to do less work than the others. I myself have been in this favorite "group" and I saw for myself the way she treats them. She allows them to take smoke breaks every five seconds; and talk down to the other employees. It's madness, so I tried to get away from that.

My boss is often irate and bellow with rage.I don't think this is the character of a gentleman.As a boss,he treats employee not friendly and he never accept others' suggestion.
So i find the atmosphere in our office is not very good,especially when the boss is in.
I am keeping adjusting myself,and i hope i can acquire more knowleage about the career,so it seems having the value of working here~~~

my bos? oh my god! he is very stupied. I do hate him. But i can do noting because he is the owner of the business. I still remind in his company because i get no other job yet. so pray for me that i can get better job!
