how do u react to compliments

I will just smile and thank them. Some times if they continue complementing I also can't reply. I think if the compliment is genuine they will express this with a few words otherwise it will be flattery. If they start to flatter me I will just ignore them after thanking them or just listen to them with out answering. Actually I don't know how to answer them. It will make me a little bit embarrassed while continuously listening to somebody who is just flattering.

I think I mostly like you. The only thing I can say in return is Thak you. But sometimes I flash and at that moments I hate myself coz everybody sees it!

I smile and say thank you. If they keep going on, I get kinda embarrassed. Then I might say, "Please stop, you're embarrassing me." If they keep going on then I have to wonder what they want that they are flattering me so much!

for me , a compliment is to be received with a huge smile and replied with a gracious thank you.If the compliment is all but positive but it comes with some bits of sarcasm or some teasing-- i still give a good thank you. :))

It sound very well,I always feel happy if he or she given a compliment for me .I don't care about what she or he says is truth. I think you only need to express your thanks and smile.

I`m like that too, I`ll just be lost for words, looking for a hole in the ground to hide in, lol MAYBE I giggle and mumble a "thanks", before i quickly change the subject;)

i just smile back at them and say thank you..aside from that i do not know hat to say anymore..^_^
