Who is the money manager in your house hold, husband or wife?

That's a very interesting topic. I am the one who is in charge of the money in my family. My husband works and his salary is paid by card. So every month I go to the bank and take the money. I am responsible to keep the money and pay for the bills. I think it's good as I handle all the money:) I love China

I used to give it all to the wife and let here deal with it, but I would forget to get gas and lunch money when I needed it, so I started my own account. We now manage our accounts separately. I still give her money for the other account sometimes, but for the most part, she has bills she pays, and I have bills I pay. It seems to work out pretty good.

I agree with you the Wife should be in control of the money. But only in the case if she is going that half of the work. I.E. stay at home mom's or wife's. Mine is. I have been blessed with an income that allows us to let her stay at home and raise our children. That's not to say however that Women can't or shouldn't be in the work place. I feel it's up to the individuals who are in that situation. And eventhough my wife controls it I have full knowledge of what's happening with the income and expenses in our home.

i give eveything i make to my girlfriend. she takes care of all the household bills, and is never late with any of them and is always like a month ahead on the rent. plus she always puts some away "just in case" we live in Las Vegas where it can be very easy to "blow" money. that said, if i were in charge of the money.....we would probably be living under a bridge in a cardboard box.
