how far can you go when it comes to creativity?

I love photoshop. I do freelance photo restoration for people that have pics with scratches, water damage,age discoloration, ect. Anything except straight up gone. I've even had a few "divorce" requests where they want someone removed from a family photo. The craziest job I ever did was for a lady that did not want her boyfriend to find out she had gained weight while he was in prison so I doctored up a pic for her. I use photoshop for 95% of the work and am rarely let down.
