Daughter woke up with pain around her middleright under the breast from back to front she was breath like catching her breath with each shooting pain So we called 311 and they sent perimedics out and they took heart ekg ad finally decided it wsnt a heart attack. That it was probably a stress attack adn could have been she worries all the time about bills and things for sometimes it dont look like our check sttreach far enough.
So glad she didnt have to g to ER though but I know she needs to go to a Doc. to see what might could be wrong as this never happened before! and now since I have had a heart attack she worries about haveing one!

Bless her heart. I know that was scary. And you are right, she should get checked out. All that stress could cause hypertension issues that could lead to a stroke or heart attack. She should get a handle on it now rather than wait.
Several months ago I woke and scared my hubby. He was concerned that I may have had a stroke. It was Bell's Palsy. However, I looked at it as a wake up call. I needed to take better care of myself, not get upset so easily, not worry all the time!!!
I hope she takes your advice and sees the doctor.
Blessings

we tell her to chill all the time she worries about every thing just like my mom and guess that come natural she was born on my moms birthday.
But she can drive us crazy worring about things and some to the rest of us are very small things

Oh my I can understand why you were both so frightened! I have suffered from panic attacks and they are extremely painful and very, very disconcerting and scary! I am so relieved that your daughter wasn't having a heart attack - if that is something she is worried about that would be enough to cause an panic or anxiety attack! Hugs xxx

I know I am late here but you know that I am not doing to good right now, I am sorry to read this and I hope that she is ok now
She should not worry to much try and calm her (yes I know I am just as bad) but that does set Pains of and sometimes it can feel like you are having a Heart attack, get to calm a bit
Big Hugs to you

Sounds like that was a rough morning! Glad it wasn't worse. Stress can do horrible things to our bodies. Maybe the doctor will have a better idea how to handle things.

I'm not a doctor but it sure sounds like your daughter is having anxiety attacks. I suffer from these myself. It could be anything from little things that build up to a large amount of stress to just something simple like a harmonal changed.
If she is having anxiety or panic dissorders then she could get medication or talk to a councellor about it.
I started having mine after my dad passed away and because I didn't grieve and deal with it the right way, I got cursed with these frightening panic attacks.
I hope your daughter gets help for this now.
