hair cut

My hair was really long, and I cut it very short, after my poinion. I cut my hair 3-4 times a year I think.

My hair was down past my bottom when I was young. I finally was allowed to cut it when I was in the 6th grade. I have very fine straight hair. I would wake with a rats nest in the back and have to get the tangles out one strand at a time. I sometimes braided it to keep that from happening but my parents hated the waves in my hair. The longest it's been since is just past my shoulders. I am 45 now. There are days I wish it were long again because then I could put it up all fancy and such. However, I love the convenience of short hair. It's just long enough to curl if I wish, or I can wash it, shake my head and go. It is just hair. It will grow back. But it's so hard to let it get long again. You get those in between stages where it won't cooperate. What I am saying is don't cut it all off, go shorter if you wish, but you may never let it grow out again. I would prefer mine was just long enough to where I could put it up if I chose. But in this heat, I just can't seem to wait that long. Hope that helps.
