Hmm... I'm not sure if there are still any nowadays. Here in Manila, about 10 years ago, some ISPs do offer free internet so people can try it out first. It usually last for about 3-5 days and can be used about a month or 2 after that. During that time, I had another way of getting internet for free. I was with one of the most prevalent ISPs here for around 5 months free. Let's say I had some very good skills back then. One way to have a fully free internet would be from your company.

I used netzero free dial up service for a little bit a long time ago as a back up to AOL's dial up. It worked well but they only gave you a limited amount of time with the free account.

Free internet, ya. There are still services out there that offer free internet over a time period but most of them are based on time and dialup. If you want, I think there are 2 services left that let you connect to the internet free with dialup ONLY. This you would have to message me about if your interested

Never heard of this.
Probably no this kind of service at all.
Maybe you can open a ISP site yourself,
and have free internet service from your own company.
