IE or FireFox

While I think the topic of discussion is rather dull, I think Firefox is loads more fun than IE, and IE has a lot more security holes. Firefox is faster, but it uses more memory, however, that's because I have tons of add-ons. The themes are lacking, but I do use one. I don't really see a need for multiple themes, but I have several profiles set up, because friends may want to browse the web, and I don't want them using my forum accounts and so on. To this day, I have never had a friend even use my computer, so I guess the extra profiles are pointless, but I keep them on there just in case....

well i have lost count of how many times i have seen the same question here any was i think by now you have realized that people here prefer fire fox more than ie

Firefox is way better! Tab issue is one thing. Firefox adds-on are just rock! IE might have insecure ActiveX content which put your system in danger, as it's interconnected to your windows itself.

I used it too but it takes a lot of time opening for the first time. IE is just a headache when you do a few things together. I have tried others like maxthon, opera, slim browser etc but since I am habitual of IE I use it more than I use others. IE needs some improvements on the line of firefox.

yes u r right.... mozilla is better yhan IE. but Opera is user friendly, has inbuilt download manager, fast, and can use 9 homepages at a time...... Use it and enjoy.

I have been using the IE for a very long time and I am quite happy with it.Someone suggested firefox and i was not really very happy with it.I do not know if I am correct.I found my downloads faster with IE.

Microsoft copies all the good features of firefox in IE. But IE always remain behind firefox in tearms of quality.

I use IE because it's ready with Window .But I think Firefox better because I can do more than one task at once . And Firefox with suitable addon can do anything

I am using firefox as i like its features and its speed of exploring...i prefer firefox for surfing ...internet explorer is not so good..genuine it provides a lot of problems to users...i mean the surfing speed is very slow and it hangs once a day...these problems generally arises in ie..so i urge all of our users to avoid using ie and try firefox

although im using IE right now cause im actually visiting a good friend of mine, i rather like using firefox over ID. i think its much more convienent and i've had it screw up on me much less then IE ever did. so for me...internet explorer is out, mozilla firefox is in. if im on a computer with firefox then i use it exclusively.
