8gb psp?

Last night while browsing the net,I saw an article suggesting that Sony is going to release an 8gb internal memory version of the psp.It is also going to feature the memory stick pro duo slot.The article also said that the launch price was $250-$300.Is it worth waiting for or should I just get an 8gb memory card?

Why not while waiting, you already have a 8 Gb Memory Stick so that when you do get to purchase that released PSP with 8 Gb internal memory as well as a slot for expandability, you already have that 8 Gb Memory Stick. You'd have 16 Gb and that wouldn't be a bad thing.. you can always sell your previous unit in case that you want to purchase the new one.

I really don't know how much they are but, it would probably be more expensive at malls than with those who sell them online like ebay. Try looking around there just to see and estimate on what price you'd expect them to be when sold at malls.
Then again, you can always ask before purchasing, as well as inquire on warranties, if its compatible with your PSP and more details that can help you decide if you would like to buy one.

its the psp go! its a new kind of psp they will release.
it has 16gb internal memory and an expandable memory of i think 32gb. it has no umd. it has a sliding screen bigger screen and such.
But definitely not a buy for me. just wait for their next release which i think will be released in 2011

well i dont think an 8 gb psp will ever launch.......
a memory card will be better......

Hey,
I think that you saw that on Gizmodo or something similar. They also said that it might come with a camera...But I think that are just rumours.
I would prefer it to have a memory card...coz you can get upto like 32 GB :D
