I am bit confused, some people say, it is bad for our heart to work out when our stomach is full and some say we should work out when our stomach is full, but i work out with light stomach after drinking lot of water or green tea I think I am following the correct way. please share your views

I think it's okay to work out after a light meal, but after a heavy one more blood rushes to your stomach to help digestion, so it's easier to get a muscle cramp if you exercise on a full stomach. Probably makes it easier to get heartburn, too. You're doing okay as long as you feel alright while exercising.

I've never heard that before. Probably because I'm not really into working out, lol. And on top of that I don't know much about working out in general. I don't think it would be harmful to work out on a full stomach. But it might make you a little sick. I'd rather play safe and not eat until I'm done. I think my metabolism will work the food off faster anyway.

I think that if you work on out a full stomach you don't work out as hard. I think you should have something in your stomach so you don't get sick but not so much that you fell like you are going to throw up every time you take a step.

I think you have to do with what you feel is right. For me, I can't work out unless I've already eaten. I don't have to eat a lot, but I still have to eat. But, I work out for hours and can be extremely hungry about half way through and lose my stamina. But, I know other people who get nauseous when they work out after eating, so they wait until afterward. So, I don't think there is really any "right" way of doing this.
