What I mean here is that for me I am very fond of oriental food. Japanese more than the others, but Chinese, Korean, and Thai have provided me with more than one dish that I really like. OHHHHH and fried rice, man I love fried rice. Actually I love rice in general. I am a pretty big fan of Mexican food too.
What about you?

I pretty much like all of it. If I had to pick one, it would probably be Indian food because i dont get to eat it that often and whenever i do I think it is superdelcious.

Do you mean Native American food, or Indian as in from India food? I like all the Indian food I have had, which isn't much cause it is very hard to find where, or near, I live.
Native American food is ok, I have had a lot of it cause it runs in the blood, but I couldn't tell you what it was called since it wasn't good enough for me to remember.

I'm a big fan of Chinese food. But, it's not really that healthy for me. I suppose that fried rice might be the exception. I don't mind eating Italian food like spagetti, but hten again, I'm not really sure if spagetti is an Italian food or just an Americanized version of an Italian dish. I like Penne dishes and love to cook those. Cooking rice is fun and frugal. But, it heats up my kitchen and that's no fun.
