Do yo make friends with people around the world ?

Surely we liked to do this. With people all around the world, you can see more than yourself, your country, and experience discussion with fairly many people.

since i have started coming on the internet, i think i have met someone from each country in the world. some places i have not even heard of. i even market my novel all over the world. i dont care. as long as they can speak english and we can communicate, then i dont care where they are from. english is the only language i can speak. i pick up words from other countries but cant speak anything other language.

I have friends from all over the world and I think it is great.I have a friend who is in China and she is so excited about the Olympics. In fact she got to see the torch, live. And I have friend in England. another from India. it is great to talk to all my friends.

yes i do. i am a singer and i have traveled in some parts of the world and met some people who became my friends. we still send emails every once in a while as long as we are not that busy. sending ecards too on special occassions. at mylot too i gained good friends too so i am happy that i have friends in some part of the world.

I've actually found that I tend to talk to my online friends more often than I talk to my IRL friends, so I totally agree!

I really do too. It is fun to learn about new customs, and different ways of life. And it isn't just fun, but the information has come in handy to me before. I took Intercultural Communications, and a lot of the info I had gained from mylot, I could apply to that class.

Since joining Mylot like you I have made many new friends and they are all around the world. I love picking out new friends and then finding out they are the other side of the world. We all have so much to offer each other and to learn so many new things about each others ways of living etc. We can learn history and culture so very easy here on Mylot. I wish I had found this site a lot sooner.
