Complimenting a person when they're with a group.

When you see someone and you want to compliment to them about something but you see they're in a group setting, the best thing to do is to wait until you can speak to the individual privately then offer the compliment.

I think that is very true.. as most will be embarrassed to receive a compliment in front of others.. Unless it is work related of course.. like "that was a great book you wrote!" or "you did a great job on my astrology chart" then I think to compliment while with others would be seen as good..
