I have a journal. I have been journaling since I was a kid. I just don't write in it very often. lol. About 3 times a year. Last entry in my current one was in 2004.

i also have a journal. i started writing since i was in my grade school, then i continued it in high school but i write very seldom. i still continued in college and up to now but i wrote in it very very seldom, it's like 4 entries in a year. i just update it with all the important events in my year, like a recap. but i'm glad that i maintained a journal although it's not daily, i get to recall what i was like when i was a kid without all those silly things i have learned, still pure from mind pollution... hehehe... it's fun to reminisce how innocent i was back then.

I got my first serious journal just last year. I write down all I feel there. Anger, Happiness, Hatred, and even on liking someone. It's my secret book wherein i only wrote in there if i feel very depress, I've done something different, when Family problems occur. i don't usually tell people what I really feel so i write it down in small notebook. Journal writing relieves me from stress and decreases my depression.

Yeah, that is a main reason I try to keep one, but usually by days end I just don't have the energy to write in it. And my mind is gone completely. Kids will do that to you.

I have an online journal. Livejournal.com. Not one of my favorite journals though since it's changed hands a few times. Their quality has fluctuated and they've made changes that have conflicted with the users. But yet I still use it for some odd reason.

I think it is just such a hassle to switch to something else. It is a big motivator for staying with the same old.

I used to have a journal. I think I stopped journaling after my first year at work. I really didn't have that much time to do this activity since then. I still keep my journals. It's nice to open them and read my entries from time to time.

Yeah, I know what you mean about not having much time. That is a main concern with me. This is my journal right here. lol

I've been keeping a journal since i was 14 and sometimes I like to steal away to a quiet place to reflect on the changes. They say people grow wiser from experience but when you document changes, it just makes you realize how silly some beliefs/trends were :)

Oh, I have empty headed moments too, but to make a habit of it... nah, can't do that.

I know what that is like. It is all I can do to have time to be on here for a little time at night. Sometimes there just aren't enough hours in the day.
