"Say me about yourself.........." Interview question.

Well first and foremost question that appear on the every interview is "say me about yourself......."How to answer this questions?
Say me some tips also how to uniquely distinguishes from others applicant...?
oh I want to what I should not say for this question....

that is indeed true that it is the first question that is usually asked in the interviews and it is indeed a art to be able to answer that question.
this question should be answered briefly and with confidence... it should be used to create a good confidence as you know that the first impression lasts long.
and also you should be humble yet confident and should not boast of any wayward things.
