everyone! what's your job? / myLot

i joined here a week ago! i find it's a very good place for me to speak out my true feeling...hope can make friends by this way!! i am working for a B2B platform, do u know?? our HQ is in korea, so my primary work is to contact with them if our customers come up against some problems when they use our sites! could you tell me what your job is?? thanks!!

Hi ceganer, welcome to mylot. Your job is intersting, some time you might get a pleasant customer or irrate customer. how do you handle them? now about my job , i am working form home. But i was working as a customer care executive and i had to speak many customer and enjoyed that job.

thanks for your response, at first i couldn't handle them very well when i got the intractable issues, i would be very uncomfortable when the customer took a bad attitude, but i am a good at it now, i will do my best to solve the problems. i will stand their position, think about more of them , if i get the problem, maybe i will be like them.... so i will simle always whatever they had a bad attitude or good attitude... maybe your work is similar to mine...but i wanna change it, there are many reasons, hope share to u some day!
