Do you feel nice for your job now? Are you in comfortable condition? If you think you re in comfort zone, you have to realize that you must change now! why? because all of you who feel comfortable tend to be lazy. Do you agree?

True, but it becomes difficult to change what you are used to and if the pay is enough to maintain your life you tend to stay in the same job. However many are not aware of other jobs or places where they can work better this is the main reason that they do not change .

I was once in my comfort zone. My last job in the Philippines was so easy, that most of the time we do not anything but surf the web and play online games. I did not bother using the vacant time to study or learn new things and now I realize I made a mistake. Now I am having a hard time adjusting to a new environment because I did not prepare for it, had I moved out of my comfort zone and invested some of my time to further my knowledge, I would have been more successful today. I hope you all don't make the same mistake:)

I tend to disagree on this. I agree though that it may apply to some people, but it certainly cannot be generalized to the whole population. I have personally witnessed workers who are a bit awkward with their jobs when they just started working but now as they get more and more familiar with what they are doing, they tend to be comfortable but they are still as hardworking as ever in doing their job. In fact, they enjoy what they are doing now. I think being lazy on a certain job is a matter of personal preference, not a reflection of whether they are comfortable with their job or not. People who are lazy could also be struggling to get used to their job.

well my comfort zone would be like a room with my own desk and nobody to bother me . i wouldnt mind getting out and meeting ppl but only when i want to.now at present i dont have a proper place to sit .i have to go to others cabins or with sme other fellow workers to have some rest.i want that to change.also i would like to get a better salary then now.and for the ost important i want to get credit for my hard work .i have a field jb and i have to keep travelling all day arranging for many things its a busy life even at home i have to stik to my phone.so i m not definitly lazy.

I am in a very comfortable condition in my job now and i feel the need to change not becos im getting lazy but becos im afraid this comfort zone will engulf me completly and the fear to adjust with new atmosphere builds in i agree partly with you..its not laziness actually but the comfort level is high and we are permited to postpone certain things and adjust it with our other schedules.
